Mini Dutch Baby Pancakes

Although not actually dutch, they are the perfect mini servings with endless possibilities of toppings.


Ingredients: (two servings)

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp butter


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 475F and put the two skillets in

  2. Combine the egg and milk, whisk thoroughly

  3. Once combined, add in the flour and sugar

  4. Take out the two skillets and place the butter in the two; warning the skillets will be very hot

  5. Pour the batter between the two skillets and place in the oven

  6. It will be done when it is golden brown and puffy

  7. Remove from oven and serve with fresh fruits and powdered sugar, enjoy!
